  • Copper and Aluminum Rotor Die Casting - Rotor size range 1" to 10.5" OD x 18" long, up to 30 lbs Aluminum and 12 lbs of Copper. We cast open or closed slots. We use only THT vertical rotor die cast presses for superior rotors, and the most dense of castings! We closely monitor our furnaces to ensure the metal is the correct conductivity.

  • Rotor Keyway Broaching - We have broached keyways up to 12" long in 280 frame rotors in a single pass, keeping costs of this operation DOWN!

  • Rotor Annealing - This process is commonly known to the industry, heating the rotor core up and water quenching it, breaking the rotor bars away from the steel... creating a more efficient rotor!
